1) Cold Call Confidence Reset (When nerves hit mid-dial)
Before you press call write this at the top of your notes

“I’m not interrupting. I’m introducing something valuable”

Then use this opener

“Hey [Name] Tom here. I’ll keep it super quick. I noticed [specific trigger]. Curious are you still handling [problem] the same way?”

Goal: Shift from selling to solving → stay human, earn 30 more seconds then steer toward relevance

2) Reply-Ready Email Rewrite

Subject: “Quick win on [pain point]”
Body

“Saw you’re [recent trigger/signal]
Helped another [persona/team] cut [pain] by [X%]
Want the quick overview or should I send 2 time options for next week?”

Keep it short. Make every word earn its place. $100 rule still applies

Clarity > clever
